Don’t buy these foods as “organic,” since their natural “skin” from nature makes them practically pesticide proof!
Stay healthy and save some money.
In some cases mother nature encases our food in a skin that’s so tough and air tight that few things from the outside (specifically pesticides) can get inside.
If your buying organic specifically for foods to have a low pesticide load, good for you. We ALL should be concerned about this.
But buying the following foods as “organic” for that reason is a waste, since they all naturally have a low pesticide load.
Now, if you buy organic for other reasons (supporting local organic farming, locavors, etc) then go for it. But the above list can save you some money, and keep you healthy as well.
